Job Description
- Aspeciality chemical manufacturer producing transparent resins, coloured resins, stone colours and stone reinforcing systems for the natural stone industry.
- R&D-led organisation with a dedicated research centre and large manufacturing facility catering to stone processors across different regions.
- Works closely with customers through technical and marketing teams to provide customized, application-specific solutions.
- NativeCreativ is the official hiring partner managing recruitment for this role.
- Full-time field sales role focusing on developing and managing B2B customers for speciality resins and stone treatment solutions in assigned territories.
- Involves extensive travel for customer visits, trials, relationship building and regular reporting to the sales leadership.
- Generate new business by identifying, visiting and onboarding stone processors, traders and related industrial customers in the region.
- Understand customer processes and recommend appropriate resin and stone reinforcing products with support from the technical team.
- Plan and execute regular market visits, product demos and trials; follow through until order conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining healthy customer relationships and payment discipline.
- Negotiate prices, quantities and terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain timely and accurate visit reports, sales forecasts and market feedback using MS Office and online tools.
- 15 years of hands-on marketing/sales experience, preferably in industrial, chemical, construction materials or related sectors.
- Post graduates or graduates in any discipline; engineering or science background preferred.
- Prior marketing/sales background from previous roles is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and the internet is a must.
- Fluency in local languages such as Tamil / Telugu is an added advantage, not mandatory.
- Very disciplined, hardworking and ready to work in a team environment.
- Persuasive communication skills; strong inclination towards sales and marketing.
- High initiative and strong follow-through on leads, trials, samples and collections.
- Good in negotiation and quick to understand product features, technical aspects and application behaviour.
- Ready for extensive travelling across the allocated territory.
