Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks may include visiting clients, demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and following up on sales leads. The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to implement strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
• Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Understanding of the manufacturing or machinery industry is a plus
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
