This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, generating new business leads, presenting the platform's benefits, negotiating and closing sales, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets and effectively communicate client feedback.
- Sales and client relationship skills, including strong negotiation, lead generation, and conversion expertise
- Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge in marketing strategies and a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and travel for in-person client engagements as required
- Experience in B2B sales or e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
