Job Description: Field Sales Executive (FSE) Bangalore | Positions: 120

Product: internet or telecom services

Experience: Freshers to 2+ years

Location: Bangalore

Budget: Monthly CTC: 22320 to 32806


Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving weekly sales targets within the assigned

territory and consistently delivering high performance in the field.


Key Responsibilities

Responsible for door-to-door B2C sales.

Achieve weekly / monthly sales targets within the assigned area.

Attend daily morning gate meetings on time and follow the prescribed dress code.

Responsible for brochure distribution and promotional reach-outs.

Maintain sound product knowledge along with awareness of competition and market.

Educate prospective customers on Excitel plans and offerings and convert prospects into sales.

Build and maintain good interpersonal relationships with existing and potential customers.


Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi/Telugu would be an added advantage)

Self-driven with strong sales skills

Demonstrated target-achievement mindset

Must have a two-wheeler
