Job Description

Hiring: Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive (B2B FMCG)


We are looking for a result-driven B2B Sales Executive who understands ground-level sales and can independently grow business in assigned territories.


This role is strictly for people who can open doors, close deals, and build repeat business



Role & Responsibilities

Develop and manage B2B Primary and Secondary Sale

Appoint and manage Distributors / Super Stockists.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct regular market visits and expand active outlet base

Negotiate pricing, margins, and payment terms

Ensure timely collections and control outstanding payments

Track competitor activity and market pricing

Submit daily/weekly sales reports with accuracy using CRM or Whatsapp



Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B / bulk sales (FMCG preferred)

Proven record of target achievement

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Comfortable with field sales and travel

Basic understanding of distributor economics

Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable

Must be comfortable with performance-based incentives
