Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our customer base. This hybrid role requires you to work from our Mumbai office alongside some flexibility to work remotely. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. Your day-to-day activities will include meeting potential clients, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales and lead generation, with the ability to actively prospect and acquire clients.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships, present solutions effectively, and close deals.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms or similar software solutions, with the capability to convey their value to prospects.
  • Organizational skills to maintain records, manage sales pipelines, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a flexible hybrid environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
