About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales, dealer activations, and market penetration for Biotastic's product range. This is a feet-on-street role if you love being in the field, building relationships face-to-face, and closing deals, this one's for you. You'll own your territory, grow your network, and directly contribute to Biotastic's revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Execute daily field visits to retail outlets, dealers, distributors, and end customers within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and order closure
- Collect orders, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely deliveries
Channel Development
- Onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners to expand Biotastic's distribution footprint
- Ensure product visibility, proper merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) branding at partner outlets
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with existing distributor and dealer accounts
Product Promotion & Activations
- Conduct live product demonstrations and sampling activities at customer locations, trade events, and local activations
- Support BTL campaigns, roadshows, and local marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team
Territory Intelligence
- Map territory potential identify new geographies, untapped channels, and competitive activity
- Collect and relay customer feedback, pricing insights, and market trends to the sales and product teams
Reporting & CRM
- Log daily visit activity, sales pipeline updates, and dealer status via CRM and reporting tools
- Provide regular territory performance reports to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- 13 years of field sales experience in FMCG, consumer durables, home appliances, or wellness products
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in an autonomous, field-based environment
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a high degree of initiative
- Owns a two-wheeler and holds a valid driving license; willing to travel daily within the assigned territory
- Graduate degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in home appliance or wellness product field sales
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Hands-on experience with dealer/distributor channel management
