About Job:

JBK is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive for selling our in-house billing software KhaataPro. KhaataPro is a smart and user-friendly billing & inventory management software designed for retailers, wholesalers, and small businesses. We aim to revolutionize business operations by offering seamless billing, stock tracking, GST compliance, and powerful analytics all in one platform. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and selling our in-house billing software to potential clients including retailers, wholesalers, and small-scale companies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers, primarily in the retail and FMCG sector (Kiranas, small shops, wholesalers, etc.)
• Conduct product demos and explain software features to potential clients
• Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collect customer requirements and share feedback with the product team for improvements
• Assist customers with onboarding and initial setup with support from the technical team
• Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM records regularly.

Requirements:

• 0 or 1 year of sales experience (software sales preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of local retail market & business operations.
• Basic knowledge of computers, knowledge of billing software, or POS will be a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned territory.

Other Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel locally as part of the Job.
• Should be aware of the local language as well.
