Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Field Sales Engineer will work directly with customers to understand their technical and industrial needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless client service. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, offering technical support for products, and facilitating account management. The role requires regular visits to clients locations to provide on-site support and develop strategic growth opportunities within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering with a solid grasp of technical aspects of industrial components and solutions.
• Expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to identify new opportunities, manage pipelines, and foster strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles to understand and suggest suitable technical solutions to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the industrial or mechanical components sector is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Possessing a valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as part of the role is essential.
