Field Sales Engineer - Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps

Role Overview:

Were looking for a driven Field Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps or similar water pumps. The objective is to grow our business and manage key customers in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell & promote Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps of reputed make - Kirloskar Brothers Ltd
• Identify contractors & end users who need pumps regularly
• Develop a network of traders and sub-dealers to sell in large quantities
• Conduct technical discussions, site visits & commercial negotiations
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical/Electrical)
• 3+ years experience in pump sales
• Strong existing network in the pumps market including end-users, dealers and traders.
• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
• Willing to travel around Pune region
