About the Role:

Ample Solar Private Limited is hiring a motivated and result oriented Field Sales Engineer to support the growth of solar EPC business. This role focuses on driving sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects through client acquisition, solution-based selling, and close coordination with internal technical teams.


Location- Ample Solar Private Limited, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Position- Field Sales Engineer


Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development for solar EPC projects (Residential / Commercial / Industrial) across Gujarat and nearby markets.

Willingness to travel all over Gujarat.

Identify, generate, and convert leads from residential, factories, industrial units, institutions, and commercial establishments.

Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand energy requirements and propose customized solar solutions.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and design teams.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and ensure timely closure of deals.

Coordinate with project execution, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline using internal systems.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.


Educational Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering in the field of Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.

Candidate must possess a relevant experience in the field of renewable sector especially in the solar sector.

2+ years of experience in B2B, B2C sales, preferably in industrial / project-based / EPC sales.


Requirement Includes:

Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be considered as the primary criteria in selecting candidate.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, target oriented, and capable of managing sales activities independently.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments.

Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
