Job Description

Role Summary


NIIT Digital is hiring Field Sales Counsellors responsible for generating leads through BTL activities, engaging with students and parents, providing career counselling, and converting prospects into enrollments for NIIT Digital programs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate leads through BTL activities such as society activations, mall kiosks, corporate park campaigns, job fairs, outdoor promotions, and referral networks.
  • Interact with students and parents to understand their learning goals and provide program counselling.
  • Conduct program presentations, demos, and career guidance sessions.
  • Convert leads into program enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build local lead pipelines through community outreach and partnerships with coaching centers.
  • Maintain lead data in CRM and submit daily activity reports.


Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 15 years experience in Field Sales / EdTech Sales / Admission Counselling / BTL Marketing
