Field Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth through on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and promote company products/services
• Generate leads through direct marketing, events, campaigns, and cold visits
• Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with sales team to convert leads into business
• Collect market intelligence (competitor activities, pricing, customer feedback)
• Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM systems
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events
• Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
• Ensure brand visibility in assigned territory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of local market
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications

• Any Bachelors Degree (Marketing / Business preferred)
• 03 years of experience in field marketing / sales
