FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST
We're building our demand generation function from the ground up.
You'll be the first person in this role, with a direct path to
leading a team.
**This role is 70% fieldwork, 30% digital.**
Most of your time will be spent outside the officein hospitals,
in communities, having real conversations with families facing
real challenges.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Hospital Field Engagement (50%)**
Visit 4-5 hospitals weekly across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai
Connect with families in ICU waiting areas, OPD queues, surgery waiting rooms
Listen first, understand their situation, offer HospiPal where genuinely helpful
Build professional relationships with hospital staff, administrators, and front desk teams
Generate 15+ qualified leads weekly through authentic conversations
Gradually establish HospiPal's presence as a trusted resource within hospital ecosystems
**Lead Conversion (30%)**
Respond to all inquiries within 15 minutes
Explain services, pricing, and process clearly via phone/WhatsApp
Address concerns professionally and empathetically
Convert leads to bookings (target: 25-30% conversion rate)
Track everything in our CRM system
**Community Building (15%)**
Engage actively in WhatsApp groups and healthcare forums
Provide genuine valueanswer questions, share hospital navigation tips
Build HospiPal's reputation as a trusted resource
Introduce services organically when families express need
**Feedback & Documentation (5%)**
Gather testimonials and reviews (with consent)
Document common questions for service improvement
Submit weekly activity and outcome reports
WHO YOU ARE:
**Must Have:**
Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Marathi is a big plus)
Comfortable starting conversations with strangers in sensitive situations
Ability to build relationships across different stakeholder groups
High emotional intelligence and genuine empathy
Self-motivatedyou don't need constant supervision
Can travel across Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai daily
Smartphone with reliable internet
Available to start within 7-14 days
**Strong Advantage:**
Healthcare, hospital admin, or medical sales background
Personal caregiving experienceyou understand this struggle firsthand
Prior field sales or community engagement experience
Know the Mumbai/Thane hospital landscape
Experience working with or within hospital environments
**Education:** Any graduate degree
**Experience:** 0-2 years (exceptional freshers welcome)
COMPENSATION:
**Base Salary:** 22,000/month (fixed, unconditional)
**Performance Incentive:** 500 per client successfully onboarded*
*Incentive Terms & Conditions:
Payable only after client has completed their first service booking
Client must complete payment for services rendered
No incentive for cancelled bookings or unpaid services
Incentive paid in the month following service completion
Subject to verification of lead source and conversion process
Company reserves the right to review and adjust incentive structure
based on overall business performance
**Expected Total Earnings:**
Based on realistic performance targets and subject to incentive terms:
**Month 1** (learning): 26,000-28,000
**Month 2** (ramping): 29,000-32,000
**Month 3+** (full performance): 35,000-42,000
All payments processed monthly via bank transfer.
PERFORMANCE TARGETS:
We believe in transparent, measurable goals:
**Month 1:** 8-12 clients onboarded
**Month 2:** 15-20 clients onboarded
**Month 3+:** 25-30 clients onboarded
Monthly performance reviews. Consistent delivery = salary increases
and expanded responsibilities.
YOUR GROWTH PATH:
**3-6 Months:** Senior Field Specialist
25,000-28,000 base | Proven track record
**6-9 Months:** Team Lead
30,000 base + team incentives | Manage 2-3 field specialists
**9-12 Months:** Marketing Manager
40,000-50,000 + bonuses | Own complete demand generation
**12+ Months:** Leadership discussions based on performance and company growth
TRAINING & SUPPORT:
**Week 1:**
Comprehensive service and communication training
Hospital navigation protocols and stakeholder engagement strategies
CRM system training
Shadowing leadership on actual field visits
**Ongoing:**
Weekly performance coaching
Sales technique and objection handling workshops
Direct access to leadership for questions
WORK DETAILS:
**Location:** Field-based (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai)
**Schedule:** Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM (flexibility needed for evening hospital hours)
**Reporting:** Daily WhatsApp updates, weekly detailed discussions
**Work Style:** High autonomy with clear accountability
