Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager, India to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying marketing initiatives and demand generation activities focused on the Digital, Records Information Management (RIM), and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) portfolios to drive pipeline growth and revenue across India. You will join a high-performing regional team that works in close interlock with global marketing and local commercial leadership to deliver impactful, multi-touch campaigns.


What Youll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing programs, including events, email, web, and social media, to build a robust marketing pipeline and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with local commercial leadership and global marketing colleagues to align regional demand strategies with corporate business priorities and ensure seamless sales follow-up on marketing-generated opportunities.
  • Manage local marketing resources and vendors while ensuring all campaigns are optimized through rigorous analysis of pipeline health, revenue drivers, and return on investment.


What Youll Bring


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) demand marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing program development, including digital marketing channels, content syndication, and virtual or physical event management.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management, with the professional autonomy to consult with sales operations, product marketing, and executive leadership.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
