Role Overview

We are looking to hire Field Associates (FAs) for our Tamil Nadu campaign . The role involves on-ground fieldwork, data collection, coordination with local stakeholders, and supporting campaign-related activities. The ideal candidate should be politically aware, street smart, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground field activities as per campaign requirements
• Collect, verify, and submit field-level data accurately
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders
• Coordinate with reporting managers and campaign teams
• Maintain daily updates, reports, and basic documentation
• Use Google tools (Sheets, Forms, Docs) for data entry and reporting
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to guidelines

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate in any subject
• Strong political understanding of Tamil Nadu and their region
• Proficient in Tamil (read, write, speak)
• Basic working fluency in English
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs)
• Must own a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel locally
