Number of years of experience: 7-8 years experience. At least 4-5 years relevant experience in pre-sales, service and project execution.

Position Overview:

Data Center Solutions team in Delta India is looking for a passionate & results-oriented Sales & Field Application Engineer-Power solution. He would support in Customer Management, Support Load studies for UPS/ APF (Active Power Filter) undertake PQA (power Quality Audit). Also Involve in escalation of repeat failures at any site (particularly from application point of view) of power solution going in Edge data centers application by adhering to strict quality and performance levels. FAE will be responsible for the following-

• Field application engineering and Retrofit opportunity site survey and submission of site survey with BOM.
• Project management and technical support (Internal/External).
• Helping sales & core DC team to understand the site/customer requirement to adopt consultative approach in selling the DC solutions.
• Pre- sales in technical discussions with end customers / consultants /PMCs and seek the brand approval. Also training/Product presentations to internal/external customers. List of consultants to be identified with Segment driven focus along with Sales.
• Customer and consultant relationship management.
• Service & Project Management support- Attending Customer site for PQA audit, retrofit requirement or pre-bid meeting.
• Tender compliances
• UPS, Battery, AHF, SVG sizing
• Load study report submission.

BOM, drawing preparation for offered solution.

• Site visit, understanding & preparation of site drawing.
• Low side BOQ and costing
• Creating robust vendor base with the help of Delta CPC and Core DC team.
• Work closely with QA/QC team for vendor qualification and maintaining quality.
• Technical support to core DC team in solution framing
• Training and development to Vendors and Associates engineers.
• Feedback to product team for continuous improvement
• Working in close co-ordination with product, service, factory and solution team.
