Field Application Engineer

The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for on-site deployment, support, and optimization of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).

Key Responsibilities:

Commissioning & Deployment

• Installation and commissioning of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) systems at customer sites
• Support initial setup, testing, and validation of AMR operations

Breakdown & Service Support

• Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution

Operations Monitoring & Training

• Monitor AMR performance to ensure maximum utilization and uptime
• Train operators and supervisors on safe and effective AMR usage
• Support adherence to SOPs and operational best practices

Skill Requirements

Basic understanding of:

• Mechatronics systems
• Electrical, mechanical, and control fundamentals
• Sensors, motors, and automation concepts
• Python, C++ , Ubuntu OS -terminal Commands
• Willingness to work at customer sites
• Good communication skills for operators' interaction and training
• Strong learning attitude and problem-solving mindset

Work Location: Pune and Ahmedabad

Educational Background: Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years
