Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP BODS for our hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and will contribute to our projects in Supply Chain Management Finance and Accounting domains. This role requires a proactive individual who can deliver high-quality solutions and drive impactful results for our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP BODS solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee data integration and data migration projects ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Provide technical expertise in SAP BODS to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and maintain data models mappings and workflows in SAP BODS.Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP BODS processes.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP BODS processes.Train and mentor junior team members on SAP BODS best practices.Participate in client meetings to present solutions and gather feedback.Stay updated with the latest SAP BODS features and industry trends.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices.Support the integration of SAP BODS with other enterprise systems.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP BODS.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Have experience in Supply Chain Management and Finance & Accounting domains (nice to have).Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display a proactive and results-oriented approach.Hold a relevant certification in SAP BODS (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Data Serv - Data Migration. Have a solid understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices. - Demonstrate experience in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Manufacturing domains. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Show proficiency in data validation and reconciliation techniques. - Have strong communication and collaboration skills. - Be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Have experience mentoring and guiding junior team members. - Be detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality results.
