FGI -Sr Support Engineer

Job Description:

•Provide 24x7 coverage (Rotational shifts).

•Provide additional capacity during peak season/periods.

•Good knowledge on Hub and Spoke model.

•Good knowledge on Azure Landing Zone.

•Experience and knowledge across various aspects of IT operations, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management etc.

•Working/Implementation knowledge on Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).

•Good experience on Patch Management / troubleshooting.

•Implement security and compliance controls in the Azure environment.

•Experience on Azure backup services, Azure Firewalls, Azure Application gateway, Azure VPN.

•Monitor and optimize Azure resources usage to ensure cost efficiency.

•Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure issues.

•Stay up to date with new Azure services and best practices for cloud infrastructure design and operations.

•Implementing Change Requests.

•Good knowledge on PAAS services.

•Good knowledge on operating systems such as Windows and Linux.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with incident management, change management, and problem management.

•Experience with cloud migrations, including the design and implementation of scalable, highly available, and secure Azure solutions.

•Reporting and conducting Governance call.

Desired Qualifications 

•Bachelor of Engineering/Any Degree 

•2-4 years hands-on experience with Azure cloud services. 

•Good communication skills.

•AZ-900 & AZ-104 certified.
