As a leader in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) / Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge financial consolidation, planning, and reporting capabilities. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our EPM practice.

As a Sr. Manager at Huron Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' financial consolidation and close processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance, ultimately driving efficiency and strategic growth. You will be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge Oracle EPM solutions, enabling clients to achieve their financial goals and navigate the complexities of modern finance.

Requirements:

15+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM Financial consolidation FCCS (Financial Consolidation and close) and HFM, ARCS and NRCS
Should have worked on multiple end-to-end FCCS and HFM implementations and Delivery Management
Demonstrate thought leadership in driving program strategy, planning, execution and delivery ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and objectives.
Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycles
Strong stakeholder management and story-telling skills to communicate, facilitate and present cogently to, and across all levels of audiences within client organization, engagement teams, internal staff and management
Experience in handling RFP response by collaboration and coordination with Sales, Delivery, Practice and other internal teams
Should have strong functional knowledge of financial processes and EPM platform capabilities

Preferences:

Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – CPA/CA/MBA (Finance).
Should be open to adopt new technologies.
Experience with TRCS is a plus
Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations(domestic/internationally) may be required as per project requirements
