Job Title: FATCA & CRS Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated fresher to join our compliance team as a FATCA & CRS Analyst. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in financial compliance and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of FATCA and CRS compliance programs.
• Assessment of Self-certification form for Personal and Commercial customers & Capturing relevant details with 100% accuracy.
• Support various departments with data entry and document management.
• Support the validation of FATCA and CRS reports to relevant authorities.
• Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of Customer tax details.
• Handle queries from internal teams and external stakeholders regarding FATCA and CRS requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
• Stay updated with changes in FATCA and CRS regulations and ensure compliance with the latest standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to communicate effectively with attention to detail understand questions from requestors, clear articulation.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to support team with different time shifts whenever required.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• No prior work experience required, but internships or coursework related to financial compliance are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to work.
