FASHION: Social Media Content Creation Executive (Freelance)

Duration: 3 months (with scope to extend)

Location: Bangalore only ( with Hybrid remote editing + in-person shoots as needed)

We are hiring a Content Creation Executive to create and manage digital content for an artisanal, textile-led fashion brand - Loom & Lore ( | Instagram: @byloomandlore)

The role involves close collaboration with the founder and execution based on a defined content strategy.

What youll do

• Create content for the brands digital platforms based on a pre-defined content strategy
• Maintain a regular and consistent content flow across platforms
• Own the content calendar and execution discipline
• Work closely with the founder on planning, shoots, and reviews

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Plan, conceptualize, and execute different formats of platform relevant content

2. Social Media Management: Manage day to day posting across platforms

3 Track trends, formats, celebrity, micro influencers relevant to fashion and lifestyle content

4 Track basic metrics relevant to platforms

5 Maintain Content Quality, Timely Execution, Asset Organization

6 Community Engagement

What were looking for

• Based in Bangalore only
• at least 1 year of experience creating digital content for fashion or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio covering short-form videos, reels, photography, or aesthetic-led content
• Comfortable executing end-to-end content production (planning shoot edit post)
• Working knowledge of: Video editing tools (basic proficiency expected), Canva (mandatory); Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
• Good command of English for captions and basic storytelling
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of styling, visual storytelling, and attention to detail

Work Details

• 4 days a week
• Hybrid: in-person ideation, shoots + remote editing ok
• Indicative working hours: 9.30am 5.30pm

Compensation

• Freelance fee, discussed upfront
• Aligned with experience and scope of work
