Role Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Stylist & Visual Auditor who has a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of styling, photography, image editing, and brand aesthetics. This role is a blend of creative styling, visual quality control, and brand-building, ensuring that all visual outputs align with brand identity and global fashion trends.

Functional Competencies

Strong attention to detail with the ability to suggest improvements in styling, photography, and image editing

Excellent communication, management, and presentation skills

Sound knowledge of photography techniques, styling, and photo editing

Up-to-date with Indian and international fashion trends

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred

Highly organized with strong coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Stylist

Style apparel for all image and video shoots

Conceptualize new styling ideas and shoot moods based on season and trends

Create and maintain detailed styling sheets

Coordinate with photography, styling, and image editing teams

Ensure delivery of high-quality images

Sort, edit, and share images with the marketing team and ensure timely go-live once stock is available

Track styles, corresponding images, and invoices

Conduct research and projects related to online cataloging and emerging trends

Visual Auditor

Gather and align brand requirements related to mood, lighting, background, and overall aesthetics

Audit image quality across styling, photography, and editing

Coordinate retouching and editing with the in-house design team

Develop trend stories and provide creatives suitable for various online portals

Oversee all brand visuals including banners, creatives, and website assets

Ensure correct and consistent image representation across all platforms

Branding

Conceptualize and suggest brand names

Develop brand stories and narratives

Contribute to logo design and brand color selection

Define brand mood, positioning, and target market

Assist in social media, PR, and market placement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Fashion Styling, Design, Visual Merchandising, or related fields

Experience in e-commerce fashion, cataloging, or brand styling preferred
