We are seeking a talented Fashion Stylist who can bring our brands aesthetic to life through refined styling for shoots, campaigns, and social content.

Role Overview

As a Fashion Stylist at Palmonas, you will create compelling looks that showcase jewellery beautifully across product, model, lifestyle, and campaign shoots. You will collaborate with the photography, design, and marketing teams to ensure the brands visual identity is consistently represented.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and style looks for product, model, and campaign photoshoots that align with Palmonas brand identity.
• Select clothing, accessories, and props to complement jewellery pieces and enhance visual impact.
• Maintain strong understanding of ongoing fashion, beauty, and jewellery trends to incorporate into creative styling.
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, makeup artists, and creative leads to execute cohesive visual narratives.
• Plan and manage styling for shoots, including look creation, outfit coordination, and on-set styling adjustments.
• Ensure jewellery pieces are styled properly (placement, layering, visibility, aesthetics).
• Maintain and organize the styling wardrobe, moodboards, and prop inventory.
• Assist in creating styling guidelines for campaigns, product categories, and social content.
• Oversee model fittings and ensure looks meet brand standards.
• Support influencer and content shoots with styling direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist, ideally in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of colour palettes, silhouettes, and styling techniques for highlighting jewellery.
• Creativity and strong aesthetic sense aligned with minimal, modern, and premium fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing past styling work.
