Role Overview

Were looking for a passionate and experienced Store Managers to lead our Delhi and Gurugram store end-to-end.

This role goes beyond just managing a store - you will be the face of Pinklay on the shop floor. From driving sales to creating a beautiful, memorable customer experience, you will bring our brand to life every single day. What Youll DoStore Operations & Sales

• Drive store sales, targets, and overall performance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations (opening/closing, billing, cash handling)
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
• Minimise stock loss and maintain accuracy

Customer Experience

• Deliver a warm, thoughtful, and personalised in-store experience
• Handle customer queries and concerns with care and professionalism
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and mentor store staff
• Set clear goals and review team performance regularly
• Create a positive, motivated, and high-performance culture

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

• Maintain a visually beautiful store aligned with Pinklays aesthetic
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and strong product storytelling
• Execute new launches, VM changes, and in-store campaigns

Reporting & Coordination

• Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Work closely with central teams (retail, merchandising, supply chain)
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve our offering

What we are looking for?

• 36 years of retail experience, with 12 years in a leadership role
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or home retail is preferred
• Strong people leader with excellent communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with high attention to detail
• Comfortable with POS systems, inventory tools, and basic reporting
• Open to working weekends and retail hours
