Fashion Production Designer

Role Description

Truzee is building a modern, made-to-order Indian ethnicwear brand with a strong focus on quality, execution, and production excellence. Were looking for a Fashion Production Designer who can confidently bridge design intent and on-ground production.

What Youll Do

• Understand design briefs and convert them into clear, production-ready inputs (construction details, measurements, fabric & trim specifications, embroidery placements)
• Own sampling, fit trials, corrections, and pilot approvals
• Coordinate closely with tailoring and embroidery units to ensure accurate execution
• Track timelines and proactively resolve production issues
• Maintain high standards of quality across stitching, fit, embroidery, and finishing
• Support documentation of SOPs, quality checklists, and production templates
• Contribute to production and factory setup as Truzee scales

What Were Looking For

45 years of hands-on production experience in Indian ethnicwear

Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and embroidery techniques

On-ground experience working with tailoring units and embroidery vendors

Ability to balance design intent with production feasibility

Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable taking ownership
