At Avadeti Media the strategic communications arm of Ojas Group we work with luxury fashion houses, aspirational lifestyle labels, and hospitality brands. We need someone who thinks in fabric, colour, and silhouette and can turn that instinct into stories that editors want to publish and audiences want to follow.

If you graduated from a fashion institute and your real talent is communication written, spoken, and visual this role was built for you.

Draft press releases, media pitches, and brand story angles for fashion and lifestyle brands across the Ojas portfolio Build relationships with fashion editors, lifestyle journalists, stylists, and digital publications Write brand narratives, campaign copy, lookbook descriptions, and social captions that match each brand's voice Plan and execute social media strategies Reels, Stories, carousels that are fashion-forward and actually perform Coordinate fashion events, press previews, influencer meetups, and trunk shows end to end Manage media lists, guest lists, gifting, and on-ground coordination Represent the brands at industry events, fashion weeks, and networking gatherings Track coverage, social metrics, and competitor activity then adjust

A degree or diploma from a recognised fashion institute (NIFT, Pearl Academy, INIFD, JD Institute, or equivalent) this is mandatory Strong written English you'll write pitches, captions, and brand copy daily Verbal confidence comfortable calling editors, speaking at events, and representing a brand without a script Fashion fluency you follow fashion, Indian and international, and you have opinions Social media instinct you know what works on Instagram and why Initiative small team, big brands, no hand-holding

Internship or project work in fashion PR, styling, events, or fashion media A personal social media presence that reflects genuine interest in fashion Basic skills in Canva or Adobe Suite Familiarity with the Delhi NCR fashion and media circuit
