Fashion Merchandiser

We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to join our team and work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure smooth product development and production. This role will be based at the factory, acting as the key link between the brand and the production team to ensure that every garment meets our design, fit, and quality standards.

If you enjoy working closely with factories, understanding garment construction, and ensuring products move seamlessly from sampling to final production, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the factory team on sampling and product development
• Monitor and follow up on production timelines to ensure timely deliveries
• Work closely with the factory on garment construction, specifications, and technical details
• Oversee size gradations and fit consistency across styles
• Ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained during production
• Conduct final quality checks before goods are dispatched
• Act as the primary liaison between the brand team and the factory
• Track progress from sampling to bulk production and resolve any production issues

Who Were Looking For

• Prior experience in fashion merchandising or production coordination
• Strong understanding of garment construction, sampling, and production processes
• Experience working closely with garments factories or vendors
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
