Fashion Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trend-driven Fashion Designer with strong exposure to international brands, cataloguing standards, and quality control. The ideal candidate should understand global fashion aesthetics, ensure high-quality output for e-commerce/catalog shoots, and confidently handle client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion & Design

• Develop design concepts aligned with international fashion trends and brand guidelines.
• Create mood boards, styling references, and seasonal direction concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across categories (apparel, accessories, etc.).

Quality & Cataloguing

• Oversee product styling and presentation for catalog shoots.
• Maintain high quality standards in line with international brand expectations.
• Review shoot outputs and ensure accurate representation of fabric, fit, and detailing.
• Collaborate with photography, retouching, and production teams to meet cataloging benchmarks.

Client Handling

• Act as a point of contact for international clients for design and styling discussions.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into execution guidelines.
• Participate in review calls and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with client SLAs.

Process & Coordination

• Work closely with operations and studio teams for smooth execution.
• Create and maintain SOPs for styling and quality standards.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 510 years of experience in fashion design, styling, or fashion cataloging.
• Experience working with international fashion brands or global marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.
• Experience in quality control for fashion products.
• Prior exposure to e-commerce/catalog shoots is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in studio environments or fashion-tech companies.
• Someone who have worked with International Fashion clients
• Candidates with International Educational Background - London school of Fashion,New York school of Fashion , Polimoda Fashion school of Italy , NIFT &Indian Institute of Art and Design
