Fashion Designer – Western Wear

Panash India is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer (Western Wear) to join our team. If you have a strong passion for contemporary Western styles , enjoy working with casuals, cotton fabrics, prints, and modern silhouettes , and have hands-on experience with e-commerce fashion and production , wed love to hear from you.

• Design and develop Western wear collections focused on casuals and everyday fashion
• Work extensively with cotton fabrics, prints, cuts, styles, and contemporary silhouettes
• Create mood boards, sketches, and tech packs for seamless production
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee sampling, sourcing, and production to ensure quality and timelines
• Stay updated with global fashion trends and translate them into commercial, market-relevant designs
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align designs with brand identity and online requirements

2+ years of experience in fashion design (experience with an e-commerce brand is a plus )

Strong understanding of Western wear , fabric selection, prints, and fit

Hands-on experience in production processes, vendor coordination, and sampling

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW

Knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabric sourcing
