Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Fashion Designer. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating unique clothing collections. Tasks will include sketching designs, selecting fabrics and patterns, collaborating with the production team, and overseeing fittings to ensure high-quality finishes. The role requires staying updated on the latest fashion trends and incorporating them into the designs to meet market demands.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Fashion Design and knowledge of current industry trends
• Experience with Embroidery design and Textiles selection
• Proficiency in Fitting and garment construction techniques
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines
• Proficient in design tools/software and sketching by hand
• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design (NIFT preferred)
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is highly desirable
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with a team
