Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fashion Designer at REAZ. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize, design, and develop unique and sustainable handbag collections that align with the brand's values. Responsibilities include designing products, selecting high-quality cruelty-free materials, designing embroidery details, experimenting with textiles, and ensuring precise fitting through detailed design techniques. The role requires close collaboration with artisans and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality in each design.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Design and WGSN fashion trends recognition, with a strong portfolio showcasing original design concepts.
• Proficiency in intricate embroidery, bead work, block printing designs and artistic detailing to create intricate and distinctive patterns.
• Strong understanding of Textiles and materials, prioritizing sustainability and quality.
• 5+ years of pragmatic experience in handbag designing, and meticulous attention to detail in design execution.
• Collaboration and communication skills to work with artisans and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices would be highly beneficial.
