Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Associate

Were looking for a Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser to join our Design & Production team. This role offers hands-on experience in sampling, fabric sourcing, vendor coordination, and collection development - ideal for freshers or early-career designers eager to work in a fast-fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sampling, fabric/trim sourcing, and vendor coordination
• Support design development, including mood boards and tech packs
• Conduct market research on trends, fabrics, and competitors
• Participate in quality checks and production follow-ups

Requirements:

• Graduate in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field
• 02 years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Strong interest in both design and merchandising/production
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Well-organized, good communication skills, proficient in MS Office
