Coordinating withpattern makersand overseeing the full design-to-sample process

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in Fashion Design, including trend analysis, sketching, and conceptualizing creative designs
Experience and skills in working with Textiles, with knowledge of materials and fabric sourcing
Pattern literacy (doesnt have to draft, but must specify corrections precisely).
Fabric scienceknowledge: weave/knit types, GSM, bias behaviour, stabilisers, lining compatibility.
Expertise in Embroidery techniques and a keen eye for detail
Understanding of Fitting processes and garment construction
