Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and functional mens and womens gym wear / activewear collections
• Research global fashion trends in athleisure and performance wear
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and tech packs
• Select appropriate fabrics (moisture-wicking, stretchable, breathable, lightweight)
• Work closely with sampling and production teams
• Ensure perfect fit, functionality, and comfort
• Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand identity
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaign shoots and product launches
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of designs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in activewear / sportswear design
• Strong knowledge of technical fabrics and garment construction
• Understanding of performance wear functionality
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
• Strong sense of color, fit, and market trends
• Ability to create tech packs and production-ready specifications
