Were Hiring: Fashion Designer (Luxury Sustainable Women's Wear)

Location: Faridabad

Full time (On site)

Were a young, growing startup building a

premium, sustainable womens wear label rooted in modern elegance and quiet luxury.

Were looking for a hands-on Fashion Designer who wants to be part of a small, fast-moving team and is excited to build a brand from the ground up.

What this role involves:

Designing seasonal and capsule collections aligned with our brand vision

End-to-end involvement from concept, sketching, draping to sampling and finalisation

Working closely with pattern master and tailors

Fabric sourcing, sample development , and basic merchandising related tasks including style rationalisation, SKU planning etc

Ensure quality, fit, finish, and sustainability standards are met at every stage

Taking ownership beyond design as we scale (this is a startup role)

Who this role is for:

25 years of experience in womens wear (luxury / contemporary / sustainable preferred)

Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and detailing, preferably having knowledge of sustainable fabrics and trims

Looking for a challenging, high-learning role with long-term growth
