Were looking for a Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser who can balance design sensibility with strong execution and enjoys working closely with sampling and production in a hands-on, startup environment.

What this role involves:

* Managing sampling and production coordination from design to finalisation

* Preparing detailed tech packs, tech sheets, and spec sheets

* Working closely with pattern masters, tailors, and all the vendors

* Overseeing fit, quality, construction, and finish across samples and production

* Supporting design development for seasonal and capsule collections

* Ensuring timelines, corrections, and approvals are followed through

* Taking ownership beyond design as the brand grows

Who this role is for:

* 23 years of experience in womens wear (design / merchandising / production)

* Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and production processes

* Good design sensibility with strong attention to detail

* Interest in sustainable fabrics and conscious production

* Looking for a high-learning, growth-oriented role in a young brand
