Fashion Designer – B2B

Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi

We are hiring a creative, detail-oriented & client-focused Assistant Designer to support our B2B & international design and production operations. The role involves design development, client coordination, sampling execution & cross-functional production management.

• Assist Head Designer in concept development, sketching & design detailing
• Direct communication with international clients (emails, calls, video meetings)
• Coordinate with production, sampling & QC teams for accurate execution
• Prepare design presentations, digital catalogs & lookbooks
• Manage fabric swatches, trims & design documentation
• Support costing, order sheets & technical specifications
• Track sampling progress, revisions & final dispatch timelines
• Participate in virtual fittings & client review sessions
• Ensure smooth cross-team coordination & timely project delivery
• Stay updated with global fashion trends, fabrics & market expectations

• Degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 13 years experience in B2B / export / international fashion manufacturing
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern development & fabrics
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW & MS Excel
• Highly organised, detail-driven & deadline-focused
