The Role
We are looking for a Fashion Designer / Illustrator to work closely with the founder and play a hands-on role in translating design ideas into clear, production-ready outputs.
This role is ideal for a fashion designtrained professional who enjoys being involved across the full journey from sketching and design development to sampling, fittings, and production coordination. Its a role for someone who values clarity, craftsmanship, and execution , not just concepts.

- Attention to detail and follow-through are critical
- Sampling, fittings, and iterations are part of the process
- A short, role-relevant work sample is part of the hiring process
Candidate Eligibility
- Degree in Fashion Design from a recognised institute
- 13 years of experience in bridal, couture, or ethnic wear
- Strong illustration skills (hand and/or digital)
- Sound understanding of Indian garment construction and embroidery techniques
- Experience working directly with karigars and production teams
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida
- Openness to using AI tools as part of the design workflow
What Youll Gain
- End-to-end exposure to couture design and production
- Close collaboration with the founder and core team
- High ownership and responsibility early in your career
- Opportunity to grow into a senior design role as the brand scales
- A thoughtful, craft-focused work environment
