1. Decode Trends Like a Product Strategist

• Track global and Indian fashion signals.
• Identify silhouettes, fabric movements, embroidery trends, and styling shifts.
• Translate them into concepts that can sell in the Indian occasionwear market.

2. Turn Ideas Into Real Garments

• Create digital sketches and concept boards.
• Present ideas to the Design Head.
• Iterate fast.

3. Own Fabric & Trim Discovery

• Visit fabric markets.
• Hunt for the right brocades, tulles, satins, mirrors, trims.
• Understand how fabric choice changes margin and positioning.

4. Work Inside the Production Engine

• Coordinate with Master and Tailor.
• Track sampling timelines.
• Ensure execution matches design intent.

5. Collaborate With Content

• Ensure outfits are ready for shoots.
• Assist with styling and creative direction.
• See your garment become campaign content.

• Extremely strong aesthetic sense.
• Understands silhouettes, proportion, and modern Indian styling.
• Can sketch digitally.
• Fast learner. Fast executor.
• Not intimidated by production realities.
• Obsessed with details.
