Fashion Design Intern

Job Description

We are a rapidly growing sustainable clothing brand creating linen garments and embroidered accessories for children and women. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade in our cozy Jaipur studio using Oeko-Tex certified linen, with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and slow fashion values.

Internship Details

• Stipend: 5,000 per month (Paid Internship)
• Start Date: March/April 2026
• Job Type: On-site (Jaipur Studio)

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in designing seasonal linen collections (children & women)
• Support embroidery concept development and placement planning
• Create mood boards, color palettes, and conduct fabric research
• Help with sketching technical drawings and design concepts
• Assist in sample development and fittings
• Support fabric sourcing and trim selection (Oeko-Tex certified materials)
• Organize design files and collection documentation
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design accuracy

Who You Are

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Fashion Design
• Passionate about sustainable and slow fashion
• Strong sketching and illustration skills
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Appreciates craftsmanship and handmade garments
