About the Company
We are hiring experienced Fashion Consultants to support sales growth, client relationship management, and end-to-end store operations across our clients premium retail locations. This role is critical to delivering a luxury, styling-led, high-touch brand experience while meeting defined sales and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling and sales consultations
- Drive in-store, WhatsApp, and private appointment sales
- Manage store operations including VM, billing, SOPs, and inventory
- Build and manage client database with regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for alterations and custom orders
- Plan and execute in-store events, trunk shows, and exhibitions
- Track and report sales performance, inventory movement, and customer feedback
- Ensure consistent brand representation and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in designer wear, luxury, or premium fashion retail
- Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing (NIFT preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong client handling, styling sensibility, and sales orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and incentive-based roles
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling high-value designer products
- Understanding of luxury customer expectations
- Exposure to KPI-driven retail environments
- Strong ownership of store and client relationships
- Interest in long-term growth with a premium designer brand
