Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant / Stylist / Sales Associate located in South Delhi. The responsibilities include assisting clients in creating personalized fashion choices, providing consultations and recommendations based on current trends, maintaining in-depth knowledge about products, managing the store's visual appearance, and driving sales by fostering excellent customer relationships. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring an exceptional in-store experience and assisting in achieving sales targets through excellent service and product promotion.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and product awareness
• Expertise in fashion consulting and offering personalized recommendations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and highly motivated with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems or retail management software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a relevant field is beneficial
