Fashion Consultant

Location: Jaya Collective, Kala Ghoda, Mumbai

Job Description:

Jaya Collective is looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our multi-designer store in Kala Ghoda. This role focuses on client styling, sales, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. The ideal candidate should be confident working directly with clients, assisting with fittings and measurements, and maintaining strong organization within a multi-designer retail environment. The candidate should also be comfortable managing the store independently when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with styling, outfit selection, and purchases
• Provide personalized service to enhance the client shopping experience
• Take accurate client measurements when required for fittings or alterations
• Maintain and organize inventory across multiple designers
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and maintained properly in-store
• Coordinate with designers regarding stock, orders, and product information
• Maintain client relationships and assist with follow-ups when needed
• Support smooth day-to-day store operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fashion retail sales or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience assisting clients with styling or fittings
• Ability to take client measurements
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-designer retail environment
• Must be able to join immediately

Preferred:

• Experience working in a designer or multi-brand fashion store
• Understanding of womenswear sizing, fittings, and alterations
