Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role located in Ahmedabad. As a Fashion Consultant, you will provide personalized fashion advice to customers, maintain in-depth knowledge of products, and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Daily tasks include assisting customers with product selection, promoting sales, and ensuring the display and arrangement of products represent the brand's identity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, styling, or fashion consulting
• Strong expertise in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build meaningful client relationships
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed store targets
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and artisanal craftsmanship
• Ability to align customer preferences with the brands ethos
• Prior experience in ethnic, handcrafted, or premium fashion brands is an advantage
• Positive attitude, well-groomed personality, and passion for customer engagement
