Fashion Consultant

As a Fashion Consultant, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized styling advice and creating memorable in-store experiences. You will combine your passion for fashion with strong customer engagement skills to drive sales and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized styling and wardrobe consultations to clients based on their preferences, body type, and occasion

Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand offerings

Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects brand standards

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations

Promote new collections, events, and exclusive offers to clients

Key Requirements:

13 years of experience in fashion retail or styling (luxury experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Sales-driven with a proactive approach
