We specialise in bridal trousseau, bespoke lehengas, sarees, suits, and occasion wear , combining craftsmanship with contemporary design.

We are hiring a Fashion Consultant who can sell with taste, design sense, and confidence not just show outfits.

Role Summary

As a Fashion Consultant , you will be responsible for managing high-value bridal and couture clients , understanding their vision, cross-pitching looks , creating design impressions through illustrations or visual references , and converting appointments into sales .

This role requires fashion sensitivity + sales acumen + client psychology .

Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales Responsibilities

• Handle bridal & couture client consultations (appointments & walk-ins)
• Understand client requirements: occasion, budget, body type, styling
• Cross-pitch & upsell outfits to build complete bridal trousseau
• Convert enquiries into high-value sales
• Manage client follow-ups, fittings & delivery coordination
• Build long-term client relationships & referrals

Design & Visualisation Support

• Possess a strong sense of design, colour, fabrics & handwork
• Explain embroidery, handwork techniques & craftsmanship clearly to clients
• Create basic digital illustrations / sketches / visual references
• To give clients a glimpse of the final design
• To improve trust & faster decision-making
• Coordinate with production & merchandising teams on client requirements

Brand & Experience

• Represent Tajores luxury brand image in every interaction
• Maintain professional grooming, communication & presentation
• Ensure premium client experience at all times

• 26 years experience in:
• Bridal wear / couture / luxury ethnic retail
• Strong sales & client-handling background
• Fashion education preferred:
• Fashion Designing / Styling / NIFT / Pearl / Similar (not mandatory)
• Comfort with digital tools (tablet, illustrator, WhatsApp, references,)
