Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Chennai. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include providing fashion advice, showcasing products, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves staying updated on the latest fashion trends and maintaining strong product knowledge to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting expertise
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience and skills in Sales and upselling techniques
• Passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion or Retail Management is an added advantage
