The Role

Were looking for aBrand Managerand curator who thrives at the intersection of fashion, storytelling, and strategy.

This role is both creative and operational helping shape how Kochi Kochu is seen, felt, and remembered across every touchpoint, from concept boards to campaign shoots.

Youll work closely with the Founder and Creative Directors, guiding the brands day-to-day development, digital presence, and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring cohesion across campaigns, social media, website, and PR.
• Conceptualize and build moodboards, creative decks, and visual references for upcoming collections and shoots.
• Assist in creative direction from concept shoots to social storytelling.
• Manage social media and website development with an eye for luxury aesthetics and audience engagement.
• Coordinate brand collaborations, partnerships, and PR activities across global markets.
• Plan and organize brand events, press previews, and pop-ups.
• Support in production coordination and on-site campaign execution when needed.
• Stay up to date with global fashion trends, design references, and cultural movements that inspire the brands storytelling.

Who You Are

• A fashion enthusiast with a natural eye for aesthetics, curation, and composition.
• Experienced in branding, content creation, fashion communication, or creative management.
• Skilled in social media strategy, content planning, and analytics.
• Comfortable with website coordination (Shopify / Wix / WordPress familiarity is a plus) and has worked with a fashion brand before.
• A proactive, organized, and energetic personality equally creative and structured.
• Willing to travel for shoots, events, and collaborations.
• Open to relocation to Jaipur or Dubai.
• Passionate about craftsmanship, slow fashion, and storytelling.
